How do I tell my clients about Go! to Sleep?

For clients that are unfamiliar with Go! to Sleep, refer to the Go! to Sleep information sheet. Print Sign-up Instructions {link} for your clients to assist them in linking their Go! to Sleep account to your dashboard.

How do I add clients to my dashboard?

Your clients must authorize release of their sleep logs to your dashboard by logging into their program and entering your Provider Code using the Sign-up Instructions. After they submit authorization; their logs will automatically appear in your dashboard.

How do I know when a client has shared their sleep logs with me?

You will receive an email notification each time a user authorizes sharing their sleep logs with you. The user’s name will appear automatically in your dashboard. Can I see my clients’ pre-assessment, STOP-Bang or other assessments?

Responses to your clients’ assessments and medication usage will NOT be available in your dashboard. Go! to Sleep Doc does not currently support Protected Health Information (PHI).

What is my Provider Code?

Your Provider Code is a unique identifier which is assigned and used by the Go! to Sleep Doc system to associate your clients’ accounts with your dashboard. Your Provider Code is listed on the upper right corner of your dashboard and also appears on the printable Sign-up Instructions.

How is Sleep Efficiency calculated?

Sleep efficiency is a ratio of hours slept and attempted hours slept.

  • The numerator is total hours slept.
  • The denominator is the attempted hours slept.
The “attempted hours slept” is the difference between the time the user first went to bed and the time they got out of bed for good.

How is Total Sleep Time calculated?

The Total Sleep Time is the difference between attempted hours slept and the summation of all non-sleep activities that occurred from first getting into bed and getting out of bed for good. Non sleep activities include: time to fall asleep, time before getting out of bed, awakenings in the middle of the night, etc.

How do I change my Go! to Sleep Doc password?

Select the “My Account” link in the top bar. You will be prompted to enter your current password and new password. Select “Change Password” to confirm the change.

Is my ClevelandClinicWellness.com password the same as my GoToSleepDoc.org password?

Yes, these passwords are one in the same. If you previously had a ClevelandClinicWellness.com password, we verified that when you registered and linked your accounts. You may use your GoToSleepDoc.org password to login to ClevelandClinicWellness.com.

How do I update my personal information?

Why is "SampleUser Demo" listed on my dashboard?

To get you started, we created a sample Go! to Sleep user account and linked it to your provider account so you can experience how both sides of the process work. Click View Go! to Sleep Program to experience the sleep logs, articles and meditations that your clients will use. You can complete a sleep log and see how the results appear in your dashboard. When I click “View Go! to Sleep Program”, there are already sleep logs and assessments recorded. How did they get there?

To get you started, we created a sample Go! to Sleep user account and linked it to your provider account so you can experience how both sides of the process work. We pre-populated logs so that you can see how a user’s history looks in both the Go! to Sleep program and in the Go! to Sleep Doc dashboard. You can complete more logs to experience how it works for yourself. Since it is mandatory for users to complete the assessments to move forward, we pre-populated them with generic data to provide you with a view of what a user’s account would look like.
